Today we’re looking at: What can you buy for under $1 Million dollars Manhattan Beach? I know what you’re saying….”Well what?” If you’re familiar with the real estate values here in the South Bay Los Angeles… Specifically the 3 Beach Cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach… you’ll know the prices are high.. .INSANELY HIGH!
And since the pandemic…they’ve been going even higher because of low supply and high demand coupled with hysterically low interest rates.
I thought it would be fun to look and see what $1 Million dollars buys you in the 3 Beach Cities. Today… I’m in Manhattan Beach.
Home of the iconic MB Pier w/ it’s Roundhouse Aquarium out there at the end. The outdoor dining decks in Downtown.
The AVP Volleyball tournament plus the Pacific Ocean and the beautiful weather and super expensive real estate!
Let’s take a look at a couple of properties currently available in Manhattan Beach. They’re up the hill on the other side of Highway 1- Sepulveda in Manhattan Beach.
In the video we look at 5 different properties. 4 are For Sale and one sold a year ago & we’ll see how much more properties are going for this year. Also, we look to the East less than 2 miles to see how much less things are selling for and see that they’re probably a better deal for those with lower budgets.
You’ll have to watch the video for all the details. It’s VERY INTERESTING!
There’s very little inventory currently and prices are soaring because of the low supply. It’s very difficult to get a loan so there aren’t a lot of properties in distress or foreclosure… like we had in 2008-2012. THAT’S what makes this different than “last time”.
Well there you have it. When asked” What can you buy for under $1 Million dollars Manhattan Beach? ” Currently you cannot buy anything in Manhattan Beach for under $1 Million dollars. You have to go above that price point to find something.
I know… pretty ridiculous! That’s the market here in the South Bay.
