When is the best time to buy a house in Manhattan Beach? Or Redondo Beach? Or anywhere???

You hear a lot of talk right now about NOW being the WORST time to buy real estate. With high inflation and even higher mortgage interest rates and since the previous few years of high appreciation rates… everyone seems to be yelling: “WAIT!” But is that sound advice? Well…10 years ago…even 5 years ago was the BEST time to buy a house here in the South Bay Los Angeles. But you can’t go back…

It was the BEST time because you’re building equity over TIME.

The 2nd best time to buy a house is NOW… and then over TIME… you’ll gain equity.

Remember… the key to building equity in real estate is TIME IN the market… NOT trying to TIME the market.
