Is right now a good time to sell a house in the South Bay?

Currently there’s :Low Inventory & High Demand and Hysterically low interest rates… I mean historically… well.. same thing really… they’re in the 2%’s!!! So the question of the year so far is right now a good time to sell a house in the South Bay or not?

But it’s Covid you say… it’s the most terrifying pandemic of our time you say…  Yet because of Covid and working from home and homeschooling, people are looking for indoor and outdoor spaces to spread out and a place to have a home office with maybe some privacy instead of at the kitchen table. Have you heard yourself saying this?
