Home Selling Tips – Pre-Marketing???
Selling a house can be a long and winding road, but with the right real estate agent by your side, you’ll make it to the finish line in no time. We’re talking about a whopping 10-20 days from signing a listing agreement to having your house on the market and ready to go. Now, I know what you’re thinking: “10-20 days?! That’s an eternity!” Well, let me tell you, it’s worth every single second.
Because when it comes to pre-marketing, we don’t mess around. We call it “PPF” (Pre-Planning Fun) for a reason. And by “fun” I mean “painful but necessary.” We’ll need to paint the walls until they look like they’re straight out of a paint sample catalog, make the landscaping look like it belongs in a royal palace, fix all those little nagging issues that you’ve been ignoring for years, stage the house like it’s going to be on the next episode of “Extreme Home Makeover,” declutter until there’s enough room for a herd of elephants, create custom signs that’ll make your neighbors wonder if they moved into the wrong neighborhood, build a website that’ll make your computer science degree from the 90s look useful, plan and shoot photos and videos that’ll make your family and friends think you’re a professional photographer, and create social media posts that’ll make your followers think you’re the next big influencer.
And that’s just the beginning!
So, if you want to sell your house for top dollar and have a little fun along the way (just kidding, it’s not actually that fun), make sure you find a real estate agent who knows the value of PPF. Because when you hear that sound of the cash register going “ka-ching,” you’ll be glad you did!
